The term ‘Dyppe’, ‘dyppe.com’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Dyppe Ltd. The term ‘you’ or ‘customer’ refers to the user or viewer of our website or the person buying or requesting services and / or products from Dyppe.

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Dyppe’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Dyppe, when you buy an item from dyppe.com or one of our physical market stalls.

You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your personal use. You may not copy, publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise without prior consent from us.

User Registration

If you register an account with us, you will be able to access your purchase history and view your delivery tracking number. Please note we do not hold your card details. Products

All our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled and packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may vary from product to product.

 

All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, we will contact you to make you aware. You will either have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.


Product Descriptions 

We at Dyppe are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.


Purchases and Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

If your card payments are unauthorised, you will receive an email from us making you aware and your order status will change to on hold. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed. All payments shall be in GBP.
 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Refunds

We love our products, and we hope you will too. Given the uniqueness of the products we create, we cannot, unfortunately, accommodate returns. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our attention to detail during production. Everything is made in small batches, by hand. We check and hand-pack products ready for dispatch. If, for any reason, your experience falls short of expectations, kindly reach out to us at hello@dyppe.com, and we'll be delighted to assist you promptly.


Lost or stolen packages

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. Please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost, please email hello@dyppe.com and we will investigate the issue. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages 

If you’ve received your parcel and it is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. 


Promotional Policy

From time to time, we will offer customers promotions. These will include discounts, coupons, soap bundles and free delivery over £50. All promotions are limited to one use per basket.
